Mixing all the soft bread ingredient except for butter and salt
Advise from experts ajuma (auntie), we have to divide the butter chunk into smaller pcs for easy mixing
Mixing until the dough is super QQ, leave it at the side for 20min for yeast to take effect

Okay, i clipped up my fringe, showcasing my 16 inch face :)

Mix it with coffee syrup and melted butter
Pouring the mix into the mould then send to the oven behind.. We will not be bringing this cake home.. insead we will use the cake done by the yesterday class.. the fresh cream will melt if we spread it on the cake we make that day.. *too hot*..

Moving on.. diving the soft bread dough into 30g and roll them into cute little round pcs
leave it for another 10min

Spray some oil on the tray, place the dough and send to the oven for baking
Refrigerated cakes from yesterday class.. we have to slice them horizontally into 3 layers, press the cake down alittle, so the base will stay stable when we slice the cake for eating..
Layer the fresh cream and banana
Cream it off, looking not too bad :)
Spread chocolate flakes on the cakes and sprinkle icing sugar on top
Soft bread is also done... :) Smell good!! mild milky smell.. taste like those bread we buy from the bakery with red bean paste or kaya inside..
